  1. Select ‘Composition’ from the menu
  2. Click ‘Composition Settings’
  3. Make sure the frame rate of your composition is the same as the Video
  4. Click ‘OK’ to save the changes
  5. Make a copy of the video the background of which you want to blur by selecting the Video Layer
  6. Press ‘Ctrl+C’
  7. Press ‘Ctrl+V’
