Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on How to upload YouTube Short:

1. Go to youtube.com
2. Click on ‘Create’
3. Click on ‘Upload Video’.
4. Click on ‘Select files’ and upload your YouTube short.
5. Select your YouTube Short video file.
6. Once a file is selected, YouTube will detect it as a short. 
7. Type in the ‘Title’ of your YouTube short. 
8. Type in the ‘Description’ of your YouTube short.
9. Select the option that is best fit for your YouTube short. (Made for kids or not)
10. Select the option that is best fit for your YouTube short. (Age restriction)
11. Tick mark the check box if your YouTube short contains any sort of paid promotion. If not, then ignore. 
12. Choose ‘No’, If your YouTube short content doesn’t describe as per the 3 altered content conditions. 
13. Turn on ‘Automatic places’. (if you want) 
14. Turn on ‘Automatic concepts’. (if you want)
15. Give 3 main tags.
